FREE Woods Walk Program
Landowners near the Lake Superior shoreline have the opportunity to learn more about the forest ecosystems on their own property through the new Woods Walk Advisory Program. This is part of the North Shore Forest Collaborative’s effort to reforest the North Shore.
Trained advisors will spend about an hour walking with landowners on their property, and answering questions. This visit is FREE of charge.
Landowner’s will learn about native plant communities, invasive species. landowners will also receive recommendations and resources for tree planting, tree protection, and invasive species control.
